List Your Home With Us.  We advertise your house in more places than anyone else in the Des Moines Area!

If you are thinking of listing your home with a Real Estate Agent, consider the following:

Like most Real Estate Agents, we list your home on the Multiple Listing Service.  However, unlike most Real Estate Agents, we market your home in far more places than that!

In the 21st Century, it is not enough any more for an agent to put your house on the MLS, occasionally hold an "open house", and occasionally put an ad in the newspaper or the Real Estate Book.  Buyers today are looking online, and they want immediate answers!

Ask most real estate agents what they do to market your house.  The answer will probably be their company website, the MLS, and the occasional ad and open house.

Hiring the best doesn't cost more, but you get so much more.  Here are the places your house will be marketed when you list with us:

  • The Multiple Listing Service, with interior pictures (it's amazing how many agents don't take interior pictures)

And online, dozens of very prominent websites:

 

Every listing we take gets that treatment.  All of them.  Right away.

If you are considering listing your house with another real estate agent, ask the agent if you get that level of marketing.  We have not found anyone in the Des Moines market that advertises listings in all of those places.

Remember: THE OLD WAY is for your agent to use the MLS, hold open an "open house" and put an ad in the paper.  If you want to sell anything, including a house, you must go where the buyers are looking.  And today, buyers are looking ONLINE far more than they are looking in print media.
