What Is Your House Worth?

No matter what you are selling -- whether it's a car, a rare coin, or a house -- it's worth ONLY what a buyer will pay for it. In other words: In any market, the buyers as a whole set the prices, NOT the sellers, or even the Realtors.  Whatever the buyers in the Des Moines area market are paying for homes similar to yours, that is what your house should sell for. 

 So how do you find out what the buyers are paying?

I can do your "market analysis" in two different ways.  (1) I can visit your house at a time convenient for you.  It only takes about 10 minutes for me to walk through, take notes, and digital pictures,  or (2) just use the information provided by you and the county assessor.

Obviously, #1 is more accurate.  However, either way is fine!  Remember, you'll never get a sales pitch from me, no matter which way you decide to go.
